Vattanac Bank and Hou Express Forge Strategic Partnership to Enhance E-Payment Solutions

Phnom Penh, Cambodia – September 4^th, 2024 – Vattanac Bank is pleased toannounce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Hou Express, aimed at fostering strategic e-payment and digital collaborations. The MoU wassigned by Mr. Thun Virak, Chief Distribution Officer of Vattanac Bank, and Mrs.Ly Hour, Owner of Hou Express, at Vattanac Bank's Head Office. The occasion was witnessed by Mr. Anthony Chin, Chief Executive Officer of Vattanac Bank, and Mrs. Lork Sokkhoeun, Shareholder of Hou Express, alongside senior management teams from both organizations.
